EAMCET-2010 SEAT MATRIX AND CUTOFF MARKS

There are 4200 seats in AP Medical Colleges in Medical Category. These will be filled through EAMCET. A macro view of EAMCET 2010 Medical Ranks and MBBS / BDS Seat allotments (Last Ranks / Cut Offs for Govt. and Private Medical Colleges) given at the end of this post. There is fierce competition among students for Medical students. Usually students think that 34-35 marks in each Biology subjects (Botany, Zoology) of EAMCET Medical stream can fetch a seat for them. But the past statistics does not approve this guess as there is huge competition. You must get at least 75-78 out of 80 to secure a good rank in EAMCET. EAMCET 2010 Marks and Number of Students who secured those marks are given below. EAMCET 2010 Medical Seat Allotments:

1. During 2010 EAMCET Medical Counseling, those secured 126 marks and more above 79 percent) have got seats in Govt. Medical Colleges.
2. Students who secured 118 marks (above 74 percent) and above got seats in Private Medical Colleges under Category -A (With less fee).
3. Candidates who secured 109 (Above 68 percent) and above marks have got seats in Private Colleges under Category- B.

It is estimated that if a student managed to get 75 marks in Biology, 25 marks in Physics and 30 marks in Chemistry shall get a MBBS seat in Government Medical College. Wish you all the best for EAMCET 2011.
