Candidates who have appeared for or will appear in the respective final qualifying examinations and are expecting the results thereof are also eligible to appear for these Entrance Tests.

Application Form can be obtained:

(A) From the University office on payment of Rs. 500/- (for super-specialty programmes Rs. 1,000/-) by cash or D.D. OR (B) Through a requisition letter with name of course, opted for, detailed correspondence address with contact no. and e-mail address, along with a demand draft of Rs. 600/- (for super-specialty programmes Rs. 1,100/-) drawn on any nationalized bank, in favour of "Registrar, Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth", payable at Pune OR (C) By downloading from the University Website. (The downloaded form shall be submitted along with a demand draft covering Form Fee + Test Fee + Postage Rs. 100/-).

Fees should not be sent by Money Order. The University shall not be responsible for any postal delay and loss. Late Fee for all courses shall be Rs. 500/-. Note: (i) Information Brochures for all courses will be available in the University office and on the Website. (ii) Information Brochure for MBBS/BDS can also be obtained from selected branches of Andhra Bank all over India after 25th January 2011.
